Toyota believes in the potential of hydrogen as an energy solution and is exploring this with the development of Woven City; an entirely “connected” community being constructed at the foot of Mount Fuji, designed to operate as living laboratory to test advanced technologies in a real-world situation.

Today, our hydrogen fuel cell system is in its second generation. We have taken pride in introducing a Hilux Prototype, and the GR Yaris H2 rally car, both powered by a hydrogen fuel cell, demonstrating how adopting alternative fuels need not compromise performance.
