University of Strathclyde
The Dept. of Electronic & Electrical Engineering is undertaking work in Systems integration, control and monitoring of hydrogen powered fuel cells as part of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems, and FC integration into battery powered electric vehicles (in hybrid mode).
Electrical modelling of the steady state and dynamic behaviour of fuel cells including use of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy equipment, environment chamber and cell voltage monitoring for frequency behaviour, fault performance and cell degradation processes. Seeking projects and development partners for collaborative research in the areas highlighted above.
