The manufacturing facilities include a machine shop with a comprehensive range of 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC and manual machines. The fabrication shop is equipped with CNC waterjet and CNC oxy fuel profiling machines, pressing and rolling machines, with welding facilities for ferrous and non-ferrous materials. There is a clean mechanical and hydraulic assembly area with built in hydraulic power supply. We supply highly skilled personnel to install and commission our equipment on and offshore. We carry out new constructions and alterations along with maintenance work to customer's requirements. Whittaker also have a marine base in Montrose Port with quayside facilities and a Walk to Work check-in and load out centre.
Currently Whittaker employs 126 people in the UK and 50 people in Mexico.
